The genome of a long-extinct ancient human is hi A reconstruction of Homo heidelbergensis, which may be a “ghost ancestor” detected in modern human DNA.

What are ghost ancestors in the human line? According to evolution, our ancestors interbred with at least two ancient human lineages in addition to Neanderthals and Denisovans, and now an improved method has given us a much better idea of which bits of our DNA came from them. In fact, it shows that nearly the entire genome of one of these “ghost ancestors” is preserved in small bits spread among all living humans.

But according to Genesis, Eve is the mother of all humans, so that this study is false.

In any person alive today, between 0.5 and 1 per cent of their DNA comes from this ghost ancestor, says Yulin Zhang at the University of California, Berkeley. But different people have different bits of DNA from them and, crucially, they are spread fairly evenly around the genome.

We all have bits of DNA from a long-lost “ghost ancestor” inside us – and by putting all the different bits together, we might be able to reconstruct their genome

Some evolutionists think they know what the face of a Denisovan looked like

Some evolutionists think that they have figured out how the Denisovans looked like. However, the book of Genesis says that we are all children of one mother, and she was not a Denisovan.

This is what New Scientist writes:

The Denisovans, a mysterious group of ancient humans originally identified purely from DNA, finally have a face.

Using molecular evidence, Qiaomei Fu at the Institute of Vertebrate Paleontology and Paleoanthropology in Beijing and her colleagues have confirmed what many researchers suspected: that a skull from China known as “dragon man” belonged to a Denisovan.

This fits with other evidence suggesting that the Denisovans were large and stocky. “I think we’re looking at individuals that are all [around] 100 kilos [of] lean body mass: enormous, enormous individuals,” says Bence Viola at the University of Toronto in Canada, who was not involved in the study.

The secret of how Greenland sharks can live cancer-free for 400 years

Can sharks live for over 400 years?

According to a study, some sharks do that - they are the Greenland sharks.  They can live for years without tumours. This is a case of intelligent design that keeps them alive.

Death came to the world following Adam and Eves strategy in the Garden of Eden, from which they were exiled and were subject to death, and also animals died.  

A genomic study may have revealed how Greenland sharks live for centuries and yet rarely get cancer.

These sharks (Somniosus microcephalus) are slow-moving dwellers of the deep that can reach more than 6 metres long and weigh over a tonne. We know little about their lives because they roam in dark, cold waters, but it is thought they don’t reach sexual maturity until they are 150 years old and their lifespan has been estimated at about 400 years, making them the longest-living vertebrates that we know of.

Mitochondrial Eve And the Eve of Genesis

Genesis calls Eve the mother of all living people.

Mitochondrial Eve has been in the news recently. Some evolution-believing scientists are adamant that this Eve is definitely not the biblical Eve.

Their view is based on evolutionary assumptions. Believing that humans evolved from an ape-like ancestor, they counted backwards to see when the last truly human ancestor could have lived.

However, assumptions cannot count for evidence. Interpreted correctly, history shows that we do indeed have a common ancestor – Eve, the mother of all living people. Watch this brief video clip produced by Creation Ministries International:
