The evolutionist’s view of man is not very lofty. If he (or she) believes that humans evolved from pond scum via the fish and amphibian stage into an ape-like creature before beginning to invent a family tree for themselves, the result is bound to be hopeless.
Sir David Attenborough, famous for his documentaries, put this into words: ”Humans are a plague.”
He has also thought that Genesis is to blame for the exploitation of nature and he has joined ranks with Richard Darwkins against all who want to question evolution .
Attenborough has turned his face from evolution to climate science, stating that Earth has begun a time era. the 'Age of Humans'”, that begun around the year 1950.
However, skeptics think that the time begun in the 1800.

In contrast, according to Genesis humans are exceedingly valuable, as we are created in God’s image. And according to the Gospels, He has paid the ultimate price for us.

British Humanists Want to Silence Criticism of Darwinian Evolution

Last May Philip Bell of Creation Ministries International (UK) spoke at a Church of England school in Exeter.
The consequences were surprising: While Bell visited the school on a Religious Education study day, that did not stop some British humanists from assuming that creationists were infiltrating the education system. They promptly began a campaign in support of the teaching of evolution in schools.
Later our old friends Sir David Attenborough and Richard Dawkins joined the fray. They emphasised that no view that challenges Darwinian evolution, such as creation or intelligent design, can be presented as a scientific alternative to evolution in government schools.
The campaign is strange because CMI scientists and speakers do not usually give presentations in schools but rather in churches. But Darwinists seem to be worried that evolution is not exactly popular on Charles Darwin’s home island.
Recent scientific research does not favour evolution. It seems that the only way humanists and other atheists can keep their ground is by proclaiming in a loud voice that they will not tolerate a critical approach to Darwinism.

David Attenborough Thinks Genesis is to Blame for the Exploitation of Nature

Known for his natural history programmes, Sir David Attenborough has for 50 years been one the principal spokesmen for Darwinian evolution.
Recently the BBC icon stepped into the sphere of religion. In a brief video David Attenborough claimed that we can blame the book of Genesis for the exploitation of nature. Evolution, in contrast, helps us to take care of the environment.
Sounds a bit like Freud. So what does Genesis really say about exploiting nature?
Let's take a closer look.
Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground."
So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.
God blessed them and said to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground.” (Genesis 1:26-28)
Sir David obviously took issue with the idea of man being placed higher than the animals in God’s hierarchy.
Genesis does not give us the right to spoil the planet and destroy its life. It also has a verse that speaks about the mandate to preserve the earth:
The LORD God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it. (Genesis 2: 15)
Unlike Neo-Darwinese, the Bible practically never uses Orwellian phrases. More often, it means what it says. Thus, take care of is obviously not a synonym for exploit.
In contrast, Darwinian evolution is supposed to be a Malthusian struggle for existence, with nature being red in tooth and claw. How could this possibly preserve nature?
It seems that Attenborough’s claim had more to do with his naturalistic worldview than with anything else.
