SETI researchers are planning to get extraterrisrials to speak in their 'Library of the Great Silence'

We don’t know of any habitable world, which may be a reason we haven’t contacted them. However, folks have taken on research what to say to them in a language they haven’t heard of. .

SETI Institute researchers use to scan the skies for possible signals from ET. SETI Institute senior astronomer Seth Shostak will be the head of the project. of the 'Library of the Great Silence', where also extraterristrials can say what they think. if they exists.
