Weird planet is orbiting backwards between two stars

After two decades of debate, research confirms that an odd binary star system has an equally odd planetary companion.

Some planetary systems do not look normal to us, How could you see a binary star system that has a planet between two stars, Space is wonderful and we should not see life on this planet.  

“After years of observation, researchers finally understand how a pair of stars can maintain a stable orbital dance with an elusive planet.

In 2004, David Ramm at the University of Canterbury in New Zealand spotted a mysterious repeating signal while observing the motion of a pair of stars in a system called Nu Octantis. This started a long debate on whether the signal was evidence that this system included a planet roughly twice the size of Jupiter, which some! physicists thought impossible because of the size and closeness of the two stars. Now, Ramm and Man Hoi Lee at the University of Hong Kong and their colleagues have offered the most conclusive evidence yet that Nu Octantis really is a threesome rather than a duo.”

Newly discovered comet SWAN just 'erupted' with a bright, icy burst. Is it a cold volcano?

Space is wonderful and we do not know all its details. Now some scientist s  are  claiming  the  object  might be  a cold comet.

The icy outburst, which temporarily caused the comet to brighten, could be a sign that it is a "cold volcano." The eruption also may have implications for whether the comet will be visible to the naked eye — but it is too soon to tell for sure.

Comet C/2025 F2 (SWAN) was discovered April 1 by an Australian amateur astronomer who was searching through data from the Solar and Heliospheric Observatory, a collaboration between NASA and the European Space Agency. The green comet, which was previously dubbed SWAN25F before being officially recognized by NASA, is predicted to reach its closest point to the sun on May 1, when it will get within 31 million miles (50 million kilometers) of our home star.

But new images of the comet, captured by Arizona-based astrophotographer Mike Olason, show that the comet showed a significant increase in brightness shortly after it was first spotted. This was likely the result of an eruption, which sprayed ice and dust into space and reflected additional sunlight back to Earth, Spaceweather.com reported.

"For those who have wondered why Comet SWAN has been so hard to observe the past few mornings, it is because the comet has faded a magnitude since reaching its brightest point several days ago," Olason told Spaceweather.com. "Sometime between April 3 and April 6, the comet had a major eruption, which increased its brightness by a factor of 4.".

Usually comets are not cold but there are exemptions.

Hubble hunts a stellar 'imposter' hiding in the Great Bear

The legendary Hubble Space Telescope has turned its gaze to the Ursa Major-adjacent galaxy UGC 5460, revealing spiral arms, star clusters and a possible supernova "imposter".

 Where it is: 60 billion light-years away in the constellation Ursa Major.

When it was shared: Feb. 21, 2025 and the beginning of creation.

Space is big and wonderful. It has the signature of the One who made it, at the beginning of creation.

“This stunning new image of a spiral galaxy — and a very bright star above it — was recently captured by the Hubble Space Telescope. The image shows the galaxy's central bar of stars, along with its spiral arms and young, blue star clusters. The top-left of the image, meanwhile, is dominated by a star that's just 577 light-years away in the Milky Way.

This galaxy has hosted two significant supernova explosions in the last 14 years. Such events are landmarks for astronomers and are the final, destructive stage for some massive stars. A supernova explosion can briefly have the power of up to 100 billion stars and temporarily outshine their host galaxies.

The asteroid Bennu is even weirder than we thought

“The asteroid Bennu is puzzling scientists, with samples from the space rock showing weirder properties than they expected. These include extremely high nitrogen levels and improbably magnetic properties.

Scientists have been analysing clumps of rock from Bennu since NASA’s OSIRIS-REx spacecraft returned samples from the asteroid to Earth in 2023. They quickly found these contained a plethora of chemical building blocks for life.”

Space is big and we do not know all that is hiddenthere. “

Gigantic star has gone through a rapid transformation and may explode

Space is wonderful, but stars can be fickle. Some exoplanets seem to change their composition oddly. This happened to a star that is about to explode as a supernova.

”One of the largest stars in the known universe is undergoing a strangely rapid transformation and may soon explode as a supernova.

First catalogued in 1981, WOH G64 sits some 160,000 light years from Earth in the Large Magellanic Cloud, a small satellite galaxy of the Milky Way. It is one of the biggest red supergiants, the largest stars we know of. These are massive, cool stars that have run out of hydrogen fuel in their core and instead burn an envelope of hydrogen gas that surrounds them.”

Tunning 'Einstein engagement ring' from the early universe is one of the oldest ever discovered

Hubble Space Telescope has snapped a stunning photo of one of the most distant Einstein rings ever found. The luminous halo of light aligns perfectly with another galaxy, making it look like a cosmic engagement ring.

The Einstein ring, named HerS J020941.1+001557, is made of light from a galaxy 19.5 billion light-years from Space is wonderful ‘and full of surprises. Recently, the “Hubble Space Telescope snapped an extremely rare, near-perfect ring of gravitationally warped light, known as an "Einstein ring," shining from a galaxy in the early universe. The luminous halo lines up perfectly with another galaxy, making it look like a diamond-studded engagement ring.”

The Live Science article had this to say: “Einstein rings occur when light from a distant galaxy is bent around a closer galaxy or black hole that is perfectly aligned between the distant object and the observer. This bending effect, known as gravitational lensing, is caused by light passing through space-time that has been warped by the immense gravity exerted by the foreground object. The light travels in a straight line through the curved space-time,

A big solar flare up could reach us without warning

We are depondent on the Sun, Without it, we would be lost. But it did not cause our attendance,  

Here is what New Scientist tells about  the Sun: 

“Down here on Earth, we enjoy the benefits of energy and light from the sun. We couldn’t live without it. But we are also exposed to a constant barrage of solar wind, charged particles coming from our star. Most of the time, these only make themselves known in colourful displays of aurorae..”

But at times,  the Sun sends out materials that are dangerous, as New Scientist says; “A big solar storm could fry the internet, but at least space weather forecasts would give us a day or two to prepare. Or maybe not, because physicists have just discovered a new kind of solar storm that strikes without notice.”

“Black holes may not destroy all information about what they were originally made of, according to a new set of quantum calculations, which would solve a major physics paradox first described by Stephen Hawking

One of the biggest paradoxes in astrophysics may finally be solved. The question of what happens to information when it falls into a black hole has vexed physicists for decades, and now a group of researchers claims to have figured it out”.

When Stephen Hawking calculated that black holes should slowly evaporate by emitting radiation – now called Hawking radiation – he also created a problem.

In the 1984 Russell Humpreys wrote the book Starlhght and Time in which he postulation that by using white holes and that the Earth could only be 6000 years old. He has also made many  creaionist assumptiions such as the Mercury'sgravitational field.

His theory  relies on Albert Einstein's thoughts, but his idea of white holes is his own.

Scientist warm of alien invaders on Earth

We might be invaded by alien organisms. Especially evolutionists believe that, as they don’t believe that God supplies live to all living beings. ,

According to them, the growing demand for space exploration is increasing the chances of alien organisms invading Earth and of Earth-based organisms invading other planets This is the story of a new study published Noember  17 in the journal BioScience.

The harsh conditions of outer space make it difficult for potential hitchhiking organisms to survive a ride on the outside of a human spacecraft.  

However, the Israeli Beresheet spacecraft that crashed into the Moon in 2019 while carrying thousands of tardigrades, microscopic animals that can survive extreme conditions, including the vacuum of space, 

The researchers also take a look at the earth’s ecosystem, at how invaging species have taken on new territory, especially in Australia. as the native wildlife in those places hasn't evolved adaptations to deal with such invaders.

But this might be evaded but putting a trust in the Creator. ,

We Could Detect Extraterrestrials Because They May Glow, Scientists Say

"Alien life-forms could glow in spectacular reds, blues and greens to shield themselves from stellar bursts of ultraviolet (UV) radiation. And that glowing light could be how we find them, according to a new study."

Most of the exoplanets we think are the most habitable, orbit red dwarfs, for instance Proxima Centauri or TRAPPIST-1.

However, if we don’t find aliens life there, the ones who seek for alien life have a great problem.

Glowing is not too surprising, Here on earth, some corrals protect themselves by glowing, says lead author Jack O'Malley-James, a research associate at the Cornell Center for Astrophysics and Planetary Science of the new research, posted in the journal Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society.

Space Flights Can Produce Illnesses That We’re Familiar With Here

It is good that we have the good old Earth as a shield against hazards to our immunology.

An article in Popular Science states:

A new study published last month in Frontiers in Microbiology reports that herpes viruses lying dormant inside the body become reactivated in more than half of all astronauts sent into space, potentially exacerbating what is already a high-risk environment.

These symptoms were no dreaded space illnesses but rather memories of what the astronauts suffer from down here:

The article went on to state:

“NASA scientists have been studying the effects of spaceflight on the immune system for over 20 years,” says Satish Mehta, a scientist at the agency’s Johnson Space Center and the senior author of the new study. “It is believed that stressful life situations cause the lowered immunity, which causes viral reactivating.” And there are obviously very few situations that induce more stress on the human body than living and working in space.

53 percent of astronauts who underwent space shuttle missions and 61 percent of astronauts who had gone on long stays on the ISS were shedding herpes viruses at much higher rates through their saliva and urine. The four herpes viruses detected include the three aforementioned types, in addition to the HSV type that causes oral and genital herpes.


But then, it seems the foreign elements brought about illnesses.
